One and one my last time out, not my best performance but you can't win 'em all. Maryland won by a million, but Wichita and Missouri went over by a million and one. Conference play is starting to pick up for a weird couple of games before students leave campus for the holidays and we get more non-conference games. Let's do it. 2022 CBB Record: 13-3

There are 363 D1 college basketball teams. I can't watch them all. What happens is: I watch a team, find out something about them, bet on or against them, and continue to watch their games. This year one of those teams is Stanford. I've watched them play three or four times now, and I can't find a single thing they do particularly well. They don't shoot the ball well, they turn it over a lot, and they play okay defense.

It's hard to know who these teams are before they've played a true road game, especially in conference. Winning on the road in college basketball is a challenge for anyone, but UCLA has the experience to win big in a hostile environment. I don't think the nerds over at Stanford even have "hostile" in them. I hate road favorites, but I'll lay the points. UCLA -5.5. Make sure Jaylen Clark is in before you take the Bruins here.

I guess that's all for Thursday. Lots of high-level basketball across the board today with Creighton/Texas, Seton Hall/Kansas, UConn/Oklahoma State, and of course Bills/Patriots. Go Pats.
